Child Care Resource & Referral Network is a not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors, which is a policy-setting body that bears legal responsibility for the organization. The members of the Board are responsible for ensuring effective and fiscally sound programs and operations of the not-for-profit by providing personal expertise, leadership, advice, accountability, and directions. |
